Enbloc

If the enbloc is successful...

I kindda like the place I'm living in actually. Only get to realise it until the enbloc deal came by. To think of it, I don't exactly prefer landed houses for many reasons. Don't exactly have a liking for gardens, I prefer concrete spaces for homes.

Gardens are meant to be shared with many types of crawlies, unless you spend $$ killing those innocent lives on regular basis. And when it rains, your tiled area will be soiled and you got to clean them. Gardens, are also meant to be destroyed by Caesar, meant to dirty Caesar. I'm praying for our future garden to be reduced to a small plot that's fenced up somewhere in a corner, just for my parents to carry out their past times. And I hope the cars doesn't fill up the free spaces for Caesar and I to play mini soccer. I think I'm foreseeing these nightmares.

Another inevitable disadvantage about landed is the existence of mosquitoes!! Do you know my skin's very sensitive to their bite? It swells really big! I've forgotten the last time I 'fed' those creatures. Mosquitoes can mean heartworm disease for dogs but caesar's well protected so it's not too bad for him.

Imagine the distance you have to walk to the bus stop everyday. Well I mean most are quite far away from the main road. Imagine you are late, and you don't drive, and you forgot there's something called taxi booking.. You'll probably end up running like a mad cow! *If only I can bring Caesar to school. He's so quiet and well behaved around people.*

Landed may mean many restricted areas for Caesar to roam indoors, to join us in faily activities! That's really so possible. I think the most I can fight for is to allow Caesar to sleep with me. That's definately achievable cos I'll never let him stay outdoors. Hopefully he can be allowed in the common area too. So I've decided to get a room at the ground floor (it must be big of course) beside the backyard, it's easier to negotiate that way. Hopefully, no crawlies will enter then. *fingers crossed*

I still don't want a landed house. I hope there're old condos available and dad will convert few units into one, and the build in spaces will still be the same! And Caesar can still roam around anywhere in the house, join us in all kinds of family activities, see us study, eat, chat etc..

Met Judith earlier and got 'reprimanded' for not taking care of my face, or rather, for disfiguring my face. She could even tell that the cucumber mask I bought wasn't used! When asked why she know that, she said "Because your face still like that!".

Actually I bought it cos I thought it was kindda fun. But not exactly, cos you have to apply toner before mask, and apply again after you wash off that mask. That's so troublesome! Bought a few paper masks today cos it's more convenient, some aloe vera masks, and tea tree & Bergamot (have no idea ewhat's this either, looks fun though), a collagen eye patch that seem very popular, and a very special concealer for my scars. I wanted to buy yorgurt masks but was told it's not suitable for sensitive skin.

Anyway, Judith told me that the 'teaching' idea was so welcomed by his dad! Well of course parents are happy if a talented daughter can be a teacher, than to a staff of some retail store? You can still collect make up and join bridal studios as a make-up artist after your teaching career my dear Juidth ^^. She didn't realise that she's wasting her talent over there. For some people who speaks perfect english.. retail assistant??? They say, artistic people can be crank, that applies to many artistically talented people, including my dear Judith.

Actually I have got everything that's very good for my skin at home, bought by my mum and dad *really good ones*, and by myself, I just need THAT commitment! Encourage me please...

Well I must say that the frequency of my habit of 'digging out' pimples has been greatly reduced. Judith's such a sweetie.. I hope her cat regains her health too.

I must quit going out alone so often, cos I've spent about $200 excluding masks!!! And I realised there's a lot of 'exotic' tidbits. OK Genevia, I know you won't mention this to anyone else ya? I can give you some tidbits if you want.

If you've realised, there's actually no link between the paragraphs. Don't even wonder why, I'm just typing whatever that comes to my mind. And yes I agree with you, you've just wasted 10minutes of your life reading this.

*the masks are really good though, you can get discounts better than anywhere from Judith. But I don't think it's nice to disclose the location where she works, on my blog. Tag and I'll reply you in email ?
