This is simply unbelievable. They're a pair of loving married couple, and they deserve many many wonderful years ahead together. I hope Heather gets well real soon..
Heather suffered a massive brain haemorrhage while gardening and Andy was told she was not expected to live. He even signed the consent forms that would allow her organs to be donated.
When she pulled through, the doctors warned Andy that brain injuries were complex things. He was not to be alarmed if Heather's personality changed. What no one could have predicted is the manner in which Heather's personality would change.
She became hypersexual and started carrying out propositions to men on the streets. But Andy, her husband stood by her, knowing that Heather just have a condition that needs to be treated. Reason - the marriage vow.
I was so touched and was close to tears when I read this:
"I can't say this is easy," he says, "and I still get churned up every time I think about her with another man, but when we got married I promised to stick by her in sickness and in health. I know we can get through this. People laugh at this sort of thing, and I know why."
I'm not sure if I can be as understanding as Andy though I definitely love my hubby-to-be. I dare say, not many out there are able to handle the situation like how he did. Wonderful husband. Perfect illustration of Love from this story.

What a wonderful husband he is. Can't imgaine how he tried to overcome THOSE feelings, he even sat his son down to explain his mummy's condition to him.
