1stly an update on a bad day, I was bed-ridden yesterday cos I had a very very very bad sore throat that contributed to fever.
Probably one of the worst moment in my life (gastritis doesn't feel that irritating). My limbs felt SO weak! I even vomitted after only a few steps I took from the car. Was super unglam and embarassing. Luckily I had an umbrella to cover my ugly expression. Hahaha. As soon as I reached home, I head to the toilet to vomit again, but there was nothing cos I hadn't had any food for the whole day.
Hubby came over to feed porridge, I'm really a lil ashamed to say this... BUT I wasn't over-relying on him! In fact I felt so helpless I almost cried! I really didn't even had the strength to pick up the spoon. But yea as soon as I've finished the porridge, I felt a lot better.. at least I could stand up and move about. Hubby helped me walk Caesar too!
Later in the night, I woke up 4 times to vomit. I got really frustrated and decided not to get back up on my bed (2nd deck). So I slept on Caesar's (when you're ill/helpless, you just couldn't be bothered about hygiene). Another disppointing thing was, Caesar had been trying to get me off his territory all night! I was awaken by frequent 'paw-slapping' and 'nose-nudging'. I thought at least he could compromise cos his master was so ill! Awww Caesar, mummy's sooo disappointed in you..
I wanna highlight that I really really appreciate things my hubby and daddy had done for me yesterday!!
Alright. SKC DOG SHOW.
Overall summary ... very embarrassing cos Caesar was behaving like a mad dog near the end of the day. He was not so bad at 1st. But towards the end, his tolerance level dropped to almost 0%!!
And people laughed when he talked back to me when I scolded him. I really wanted to slap him hard but was afraid people who didn't understand would think I'm abusing him.
We saw Ah Dai! The spotted great dane from UPetgamart. The aunty and uncle stopped and talked to us for awhile, told me to bring Caesar over again to play with Ah Dai. Find them very very friendly. I saw 4 danes in all. The tallest being a blue one. It's so intimidating!!!! My god, I went.. "wow", cos it's almost at my shoulders, or taller. Caesar looked small for that few seconds.
One of my distributors gave me a ticket to get in for free!! Thanks Kenneth! Sihui came to take a few pictures and kept me company *huggles*, we met Chong, and Rubayn came only after I left! Hate you!
Caesar was one of the eye-catcher of course. Haha, though smaller than the Danes and St. Bernards, he's a lot more handsome in many people's eyes! Too bad he's ill-behaved. If only he's better, I would be glad to bring him out to places with dogs more often!
