It's been more than a week and I've not recovered. I sound like a transexual now!!! I seriously do! And thanks Joey for calling me up specially to hear my transexual voice right after I've told you how I sound like.
I love singing, I really do, and it's been more than a week since I have sung! Can you imagine. I go out of pitch when I try to sing. Well, I wouldn't dare say my singing is nice.. cos.. I have a reader who's a great singer! You know who you are *wink* Haven't heard you sang but judging that everyone's telling me you're better than your sister, I know you're really good.
Anyway, it's really really kindda disturbing. I know it'll take months before I can sing like before. Cos this happened 3 times in my life. The 1st one completely altered my pitch, like "break-voice". The 2nd, I realised, made me can't scream. Well not that I LIKE to scream, but I just can't anymore. Some of you might have heard my screams before.. haha, fear not, you'll never hear that again. And this is the 3rd.. hope it isn't that bad...
Oh yes, I met Colin today!! Was a pleasant surprise actually, I was having lunch with my project mates and noticed a guy walked and stopped from a distance at the corner of my eye. I didn't pay attention until I realised he's been standing there for too long! So when I looked up, "小妹!"
Hahaha, I call him Colin, but find it weird when I'm being regarded as a lil sister to him.. like, maybe I shouldn't call him by his name? Cos his 11 yrs older than me and has only brothers at home. Well, I'm really not used to calling people "kor kor" actually, even if I regard you can one. I only call my elder brother by that name.
I believe my friends were wondering what do I have got to do with a guy so much older than me! I went through a lot with Caesar and they're (Mr & Mrs Colin) the only witnesses then. They've helped me a great deal too. Though they've moved to the west, we still make an effort to bring our dogs out together! Funny thing is, I have never felt like a gooseberry witht the 2 of them!
*Colin has the coolest-looking car in campus! And some people recognised him from the drift scene in Singapore! Professional Drifter cum teacher, how cool is that!
