Blog vacation (again)

Hey friends, I've gotta go for another blog vacation cos it's hell week following this. I may not be online for msn and handphone will be kept away from me. COS that's the only way I can keep myself disciplined and for effective last-minute preparation!! (pathetic aye..)

I do realise one pathetic jealous freak tags her own blog! Speaks to herself OMG!! Tags MY blog and chat with me using multiple nicknames. Now I understand why they're so crank - to hate me when I've done absolutely nothing to them. Hmm... somethings never change..

Hubby's gonna be back in 6 hrs!

This is the main reason that contributed to my restlessness now. Feeling kinda antsy or edgy (whichever describes my current feeling most) .. can't seem to sleep! It's like, "omg, finally!!". Has been a month since we've met. My baby giant misses his daddy too! Whenever I mentioned the word "Daddy" he gets alert and will turn his head left and right, trying to sense if his daddy is near.

Remembered my announcement on having Caesar botak? I hereby reannounce that NO I'm not gonna do that already! I mean I'm aware of the "nonos" for shaving of a malamute's fur. I was just desperate and thought Caesar's really pitiful. I was persuaded my many that I shouldn't, (well I was hesitant up till the last minute before I decided not to) including my groomer friend whom I approached.

One of the most concerned parties was hubby, after receiving the 'news' about my decision, he called and sms be everyday (from Thailand) telling me not to do it. In a way, I felt really glad cos Caesar's accepted and loved. ^^

I'll be investing on alternative ways to treat him, even if it's more costly. Love my baby giant.

It's not an easy decision to make. Caesar has got some allergic skin reactions that may lead to infections. =(

I didn't expect him to be allergic to this brand of shampoo cos he's used it before... Think I'm gonna bring him to the vet tomorrow night. =(

But Caesar's so furry and cute and handsome!!!!! *sigh* my handsome boy will have to bear with his ugly look for a few months.. He's not gonna go for major outings with short fur too. Cos I don't want him to lie around without much coat protection. Poor boy..

Sungei Buloh wetland Reserve

I love this place. The smell, the so called nature, everything. And essential oils works for insect repelling too! We were greeted my a monitor lizard before we even reach the entrance. It was swimming in the waters as we cross the bridge. Swam away before I grabbed my camera.

Really have got to havesome discipline in my attitude towards school, I'm such a last-minute worker and it never fails to exhaust me during that mad rush. And I heard from my friend that exam period is coming??!?!!? Why didn't I feel anything??!??

Anyway, I didn't turn up for dinner with Xuesha babe and her friends cos I was SO tired. I just knew I wanted to sleep.

Did something really silly in class today. All I wanted was to keep myself awake! I'm never an artistic person in drawing, not forgetting how one of my JC mates was telling everyone about it, including his Art subject teacher, who happened to be one of my teachers-in-charge in band.

We went to meet up Ace and Momo, together with their owners. Ace and Momo are malamutes too, but males, thus Caesar was really what I'll describe as "crazy all night". Not so bad for the 1st meet up though, cos my nails are still intact and not ripped off.

I didn't have a chance to snap any pics of the other 2 cos Caesar just won't give up trying to attack the younger ones.

Bengs Lians .. what more?

A friend was telling me she noticed that bengs have weird sense of colour combination. Well of course they do! I was told by another friend that they used to wear yellow jeans with their shirt tucked-in during their "golden years", which was 1992-1995? Singapore must be full of thrash then. Thank god the government hired more sweepers and cleaners, Singapore is kinda more free-of-thrash now. It's impossible to annihilate these things, just like it's hard to completely remove parasites. It'll be hard to keep your home free of dirt isn't it? So yea... ok back to their dress sense.

1st, they are stupid, evidence: Duh? They are bengs or lians! Aren't those clear implications of STUPIDITY or mental retardation?

2nd, them seem to possess no natural form of attraction to NORMAL people (except for their own kind, cos mating season is all year round for them)

They need to think of ways to attract attention, BUT they're at the same time, stupid, so things that come to their mind will never be anything close to intelligent. I'm sure these explains the weird dress sense, LOUD streams of vulgarities, erm.. desperation to mate??

Been having lots of conversation topics with different people about these things lately, cos they're so interesting to talk about! Some other girls were saying how bengs and lians were excited to celebrate 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th month anniversary. People were saying it's because that's how long their mating period with one partner will last. What disturbs me was, MONTH ANNIVERSARY?? How can you measure anniversaries in months? It's stupid!

Well anyway, if any lians or bengs are reading this, if you're those that really bother about counting the months ur tgt with ur darling beng or lian, 1 month being in a relationship = 1/12 anniversary in a relationship. Feel free to tag my chat box if you need a mathematical explanation why it's 1/12, cos I don't expect you to understand anyway.

PS. I AM CORRECT, don't waste your time argueing with me. I hate talking to idiots too, so if you happen to be one, don't make me remind you what you are. hmmm, thank you?

Pearl, a female labrador retriever..

We all know it's been kind of freezing cold outdoors lately. I felt really bad for a dog living in a ground floor unit.

This is her story:

Pearl and her family shifted to my condo 4 years ago, before I even got Caesar. I used to play with her outside the fence when she's running around the garden. She was a beautiful labrador retriever, white in colour. Due to some reasons, she was chained up after that, and confined in a really really small area, can't walk much, can't run. As time goes by, I noticed her hind legs grew weak (deprived of the freedom to even walk around).

2 years later, she's completely cream-colored. She's dirty, she stinks. She's not fed on dog food, she's not brought out for walks. I've only seen her out on walks AT MOST once every month. I doubt they do walk her for more than 5 times a month, I doubt they do at all!

She's a LABRADOR, she's a working dog and she needs exercises! And due to the deprival of walks, her nails grew so long that it's pointed out in all directions. It's very painful for dog to have LONG nails - even strays have short ones because their nails are constantly being filed by the rough surface of road or concrete pavement. Besides these, I've seen her feeding on her own faeces. Well-fed dogs do not feed on their own faeces. Many neighbours have been feeding her with dog food and treats they bought. There was once in a scorching afternoon, this lady noticed Pearl's bowl completely dried and suspected that she's close to dehydration. She fed her water, and she drank so fast till she choked! She drank like she has never drank for a decade!

Friends that came and saw her told me she has a miserable-looking face. Indeed, she did, and still does look dispirited. She used to be a beautiful and happy-looking dog when she was younger. Pearl ran out of house several times and was seen by me when i was walking Caesar. I could tell she's enjoying herself outside, and I felt happy for her. I returned her to her "home" after 30 mins. But I was consumed by guilt, like I've done something very horrible to Pearl, taking away the freedom that she had achieved on her own.

The area that she's confined in does not have a wide shelter and it will never be enough to shelter her from the slightest rainfall. So you guys imagine how she survived these few days. I saw her, she was completely drenched. Completely soaked right to the skin. When she saw me, she just turned her head and looked at me with that tired and doleful look, not even walking near to greet me as she usually does. She won't look away from your eyes, perhaps she still enjoyed company from others but was just to weak or tired to move.. or even too cold to move. She was still caught in the rain even though she's under the "shelter", not forgetting that the wind was blowing very strong. I always feel very sorry for her. I wish I can adopt her but my parents will refuse. She not up for adoption, but I'm sure they'll agree if there's a very keen party who wishes to adopt Pearl and give her a good home.

I always wonder to myself how long more does Pearl have to suffer and put up with all these torment. Sadly, I thought death would be considered a privilege to what she's going through now. Even strays can find themselves a warm shelter in this horrible weather. Pearl is just so helpless. SPCA can't do anything either.. *sigh*

Rain Rain Go Away..

Tutorial ends at 1230 and I reached at 1215! *applause* I made it in time! Fortunate thing was, when I entered, the tutor was busy with work. But eveybody else saw me, haha, and their next reaction was to look at the time. *sry guys!*

It was really pouring when I set off to school. The rain was so huge that you can't even have a clear view of what's in front of your car. Cos of this, snails are able to overtake vehicles on the highway.. kind of frustrating actually.

It's really weird to have such heavy rainfall when it's NEVER a rainy season at this time of the year. Well, not that I hate it, just find it weird. I love the temperature we're having now! Caesar's enjoying too! Maybe Singapore will start to snow in 5 years! *of course I wasn't serious*

Oh yes I saw an ah beng on the train yesterday. He's a different one, you really could tell he's trying to look more 'expensive' than his own kind. He was dressed in white, ALL white including the long pants, but wearing and fugly cap. But frankly speaking, overall was still quite pleasant despite the fact that he's still an ah beng. Cos you know how bengs look usually. Scanned down. You Guess what I saw?

A pair of extremely dirty clothed-school shoes!! Damn dirty! Ewww!!

So I laughed to myself: "sighs..ah bengs..." *shaking my head*

Life's never been so mundane.. I'm BORED, yet I have so many things to do.. things that are not even a bit of fun.. commitments in school work if you get what I mean..
