Great week ahead..

Everyone who knows me knows I'm sluggish when it comes to going out of house.. well for the few hours before stepping out of home that is. Cos I love to doll up most of the time when I go shopping.. oh well let's put it this way, I'll love to look good when I'm out shopping but do not really enjoy the process of dolling up. And the other main reason is of course, my baby Caesar..

Anyway, I just wanna tell you that a great week's occupying me next week cos erm.. I'll be occupied everyday. It's only outings and tuition though - but outing means looking good so.. wait EXCEPT for doggie outing, we don't have to look good cos everyone will look horrible at the end of the day, and doggie outing's the most 'happening' of all cos the owners must bathe our precious after a tiring day. And imagine me bathing a giant whom groomers aren't willing to groom.

Looking at the brighter side, maybe it's time for me to get up and work myself out! Lots of pictorial-based blog entries coming up!

Something's keeping me away from the laptop lately. I was in this so called storage room (cos nobody sleeps there and there are lots of things and furnitures in it) of my house one day when these boxes of jigsaw puzzle caught my eyes. They are gifts from friends years ago and I havent have the time to 'play' till now.

Thing about this puzzle is, the longer you spend time on it, the more fun it is!

Day 1:

Probably the most intelligent

of all invertebrates - The Octopus.

Not only my facination for nature and animals is intermitable, it's everlastingly strong!! I've showed countless people this video in my ipod and I've decided to blog about it!

Interesting facts worth knowing!

P.S Did you know jellyfish do not have brains? They do not!!

Random-ness

Met Sihui earlier just now and I must say it's fun to walk around with her!! She doesn't get bored with my nonsense. I must say she's one of the very few who are able bring the real me out.. know what I mean?

We combed the 2 malls in Tampines and something caught our eyes.. a raped Barbie doll..

I mean look at her hair, don't you think she's probably raped? Sihui got a lil disturbed by this topless mermaid and decided to move it behind a more 'decently-clad' mermaid. LOL. I tell you she's really the cutest girl in this world. I was laughing away when she did that, and she explained that "kids walk around here". LOL. Love her.

Bought this a couple of days ago..

I love HIGH heels.. some temporary remedy for my 'shortness'.

Hmmm, I think Aldo's a lil higher.. but this is more comfy really. 4 times cheaper too.

Need a rough idea of how high they are?

Caesar and his best friend~~

a male doggie that's not even the size of Caesar's bushy tail. He's Ricky, a cross between a chihuahua and jack russell terrier.

Caesar knew Ricky since Ricky was a pup and they hung out very often then, so they get along very very well all along. Caesar's always excited to see him.

I seldom catch up with my friends, but I make sure Caesar catch up with his!

Wanted to ask more people to join, but I lost their numbers!!

(yes I noticed it's time to cut that nail)

Hair Extension

I did my hair extension yesterday.. for fun, I don't exactly love it, but I kinda like the idea of having very long hair! I wanted to let my hair grow longer before I perm it again but Xuesha suggested this! She was saying, "Why wait for hair to grow when you have extensions?"

Told Chris about it, he said that my hair's already long, why would I wanna extend it. He also added that anything longer than mid of back is considered too long. *that's not true Chris!* As a really funny person, he asked "Why would you want to cover your body with hair? Isn't that gross? Like monkey!"

LOL. Anyway, I was cursing myself for not bringing my camera along with me so the following pictures are of very irritating quality.

THE week

have been troubling Sihui and her family for taking care of my baby for the past week or so. We explored her neighbourhood everyday, looking at different dogs, designs of houses etc etc.

There's a malamute there! An old male perhaps, and he stinks for some reasons.. poor guy, guess the coat hasn't been properly taken care of. There's also a mastiff with a HUGE head! The 1st time we passed by that house the gate was wide opened! I didn't dare to cross of course.. cos the fight's gonna be very very bloody if Caesar saw that guy. Oh yes! A house with a 'collection' of different coloured Alsatians! The normal brown/black, full black, and white! Interesting neighbourhood!

Guess what I did the day before yesterday?

"Gardening" at Sihui's again! It's just fun cos I don't usually do that.

I had difficulties pulling it out cos the branches and leaves were tangled up there. Lot's of insects and spiders fell onto me that day.. small ones though.

Untangling in progress. Potential Tai Tai at work.

Caesar decided to camouflage while observing what the golden retrievers were doing. Unfriendly though...

Caesar:"I'm so gonna get you in my jaws.."

Muzzle your dog when attending to wounds/injuries.

No matter how much you love your dog and don't wish to muzzle them, DO IT STILL. Why? In case you are the one who will suffer from injuries with greater seriousness.

Cos dogs do not speak our language and there is a limit as to how much they can comprehend. Some people might argue that dogs WILL understand and let you attend to the wound even if they are in pain cos dogs are men's best friend. But the truth is, they DO attack.

I do not blame them. Caesar bit me before and I got really angry then. But think about it. This is just one of their basic survival instincts!

Now imagine that you are a survival of a shipwreck and got cast away to an alienated island. You were badly injured. On the island are friendly human who don't speak your language, don't carry similar body language, don't dress like us, don't treat wounds the same way as we do. They saw your wound and men and women started shouting at each other at the top of their lungs. They don't seem very friendly to you. And the next thing you know is that they bring out a bucket of black, slimey creepy crawlies with teeth(supposedly the most expensive medication in their community). They want to put in on your big and bloody wound but you resisted. They then spoke something you don't understand and 3 other men grabbed you. They then place the black, slimey creepy crawlies with teeth on your bloodied wound and all you know is you felt PAIN. What do you do? How would you react?

It's 'instinct' my dear friends..

Let me show you some pictures. He got bitten by his doggie because he doesn't like the idea of muzzling his dogs. Not that he regretted or anything, I'm sure he still stands firm on his ground and still won't muzzle his dogs. Haha, right Alvin?
This is the work of a small/medium sized dog:

My pen-pal..

or rather... 'keyboard-pal'? Cos I believe pen-pal doesn't really exist anymore in the age of MSN/email, where information can be delivered to anyone, anywhere, at the very second you click on 'send' button.

That's not the point anyway! Back to my keyboard-pal, as some of you might have known, Chris can really draw with his mouse! I can never do that, even with a pencil in hand! I'm gonna show you guys some of the interesting pictorial conversations we had!

As according to Chris, these are FUN times! Seriously, it's really funny cos I participated when I'm not at all an artistically-inclined person. I couldn't stop laughing when I look at my own drawings!!

He suggested that I should draw something one day. Told him that I really can't draw! So in my head then, a simple face would be the easiest thing to draw on earth.. I had a cuter image in my mind then, have idea how it turned out like that...

I was laughing uncontrollably when I looked at this ridiculously drawn "art-work". How did that fave turn out like that??!?!?

Maybe something with more effort, bigger eyes, fuller lips? And, more colours?

Remember when Caesar was on heat? This was what he drew!

As compared to his, would you still classify mine under 'drawings'?

But it's gets better as I draw.. I think. I supposed to draw him and as requested, I must include biceps too. So.....

We decided to test our artistic skills (if I have any at all) by setting topics. He suggested "horse's ass" for me.. Hmmm personally, I think it's not bad, in fact, quite an effort huh? Maybe I have talents yet unleashed... hmmm...

Later, I think drawing the 'statue of liverty' would be a challenge. Turned out not bad!
By Chris..

By ME, Genevieve!!

I've finished it 1st if you've noticed from the conversation. When I ask him about the books, he told me she dropped them just to show me that finger. LOL.

Oh well, not that I don't mind THAT finger-pointing, I do! But he was just being funny as he usually is.. and I laughed! ha~ So to you guys out there, never try to do that to me!

Moving on.. I wanted to give him a slap (in pictures) for giving me that finger but I can't draw it out! So I asked him to do it instead. LOL.

So other..
When I was laughing when I shouldn't...

When listening to 'cuppy cake' song and I told him Connie Talbot was so lovable and I felt like hugging her.

Gen wondering how was it possible Chris drew with a mouse..

In this case, as to whether or not internet is a curse/blessing, the WWW blessed me with a wonderful friend from the other side of the world!

My eyelashes..

I went for eyelash-perming today. hmph.. let's just say I would rather I have not went for it! I just spent $40 to destroy my long lashes..

Before I continue, please do not expect and before and after pictures cos the before is obviously a lot better!!! NO PICTURES! NO PICTURES!!!!!!

My eyelashes were not curled, THEY WERE FOLDED!!!!! It may look alright on shorter lashes but on longer ones, it's so freaking obvious that those aren't curls!!!!!! The FOLDS look 'L'-shaped from the side views. Man, it's bad... really bad. The tip of some lashes are slightly 'frizzy' too.

Girls, if you wanna know and avoid the place I went, email me for details.

SMS on radiation wave a hoax

Some of you might have reeived an sms that reads:

“Please switch OFF all ur handphones 2NITE. According to Metro TV, there will be a BIG RADIATION WAVE circulating thru the handphone towers at 11PM 2nite which is very DANGEROUS to humans. Pls inform ur friends NOT 2 keep their phones with them. Please FORWARD. Rgds.”

I'm sorry but it really sounded absurd. People please.. NEVER be so easily convinced. Apparently, this sms wasn''t started locally: http://thestar.com.my/news/story.asp?file=/2008/5/19/nation/21294753&sec=nation

Technology nowadays allows you to do researches on almost ANYTHING in the world.

Happy Vesak Day!

Weather was really really horrible today! And I'm gonna have a sore throat.. damn. Didn't bring the babies out. Scheduled on Friday instead! Female dog owners, JOIN US! Be prepared the dogs will get wet. I guess we'll have a small picnic too!

I was using my laptop at Sihui's when suddenly she said "I tell you something but you promise you don't do anything."

This statement at that time was rather odd, but of course I said 'OK'.

Sihui: "There's a fro.. toad over there."

You know I really couldn't figure out why she's afraid of toads/frogs when she's not at all terrorized by cockroaches. Toad/frogs have a FACE! And they look cute okay. Let me show you...

SEEEEE?? I TOLD YOU, THEY ARE CUTE!!!!!!

Couldn't help it but made Caesar the background.

Brought Spanko home yesterday cos I didn't wanna left him alone at his own home. He's such an obedient boy!! When I saw him in the morning, he was staring at me, wagging his tail, and at the same time, shivering!! Poor boy, I forgot that he's almost as good as naked, unlike my own baby.

Just venting... whatever emotion it is

Let's just start off by saying I'm pissed. I always seem pissed about puny matters, but this particular one is just disturbing.

The disquieting news is that a friend who grew up with my family decides to leave us just like that. I'm pretty sure that's mainly HER decision and not someone else's. She walked out on us in times of trouble, to think that my parents brought them up, especially my mother. Without my mother, they won't be what they are today. Some people just do not realise, they just do not appreciate the effort others put in to bring them up to where they are now. I feel very sorry for my parents, I really do. It makes me think, does it really pay to be kind? My parents are really nice people, and from young, I've always witnessed people taking advantage of them.

We were all treated like fools, to be kept in the dark, thinking of and looking forward to a happy reunion this coming June, but this "friend" decided to abandon us all, abandon our friendship, trust, our wonderful childhood memories. 10 years living together and this is what you do to us? Convince me that I can count on you in the future.

You have a choice, but you chose to walk away when we need help. When I heard about your decision and after a confirmation that it's solely yours, I felt sick to the stomach.

10 freaking years, it obviously doesn't mean anything to you, does it?

Dearest Baby

I'm gonna spend some time with my hubby today cos he's seems a lil neglected. I haven't permed my eyelashes by the way.. wonder how it'll turn out! Maybe someday next week I'll drop by!

Here are some pictures taken yesterday:

Lazy afternoon...

That's our big-eyed beauty, Ashley.
She has the biggest eyes I've ever seen on our canine companion! Can't tell from photos cos she has white eyelashes.

My dad has been kind to send me to Sihui's place when he's busy and when the destination isn't along the way. I know my dad loves me ^^. Good news, he has compromised to give me another room in the house, and Caesar will stay. Just that he can't go near any common areas in my house. Still looking forward to shift out actually.. but if I do, I'll be really broke unless I let my parents pay my rent. So.. yea.. 2 rooms aren't that bad! Love this idea!

I played with an Axe!

Went to Sihui's place and play around with an axe! Chopped things and rooted up plants.. LOL. It was fun but, I've gotten 1 blister on each of my hands.

1st bamboo chopped!

Scanning for more victims

Longest bamboo chopped -
It was accidently broken up into 2.

Trying to tickle Caesar's Asshole

Was a little tired chopping them down..
(It's really not easy and I'm not a sissy!)...
I decided to pull them out halfway.

P.S We left all the remaining leaves around the backyard and decided to clear it up the nx morning. Who would expect my territorial Baby Caesar to do scent-making on them?

I'm sorrie I was away!

Have been occupied by drama "Boston Legal" lately. Really interesting. Kept me laughing most of the time. Watch it pals! ... ... ... Denny Crane~

Nothing special today, Hubby and I couldn't decided on what to eat thus we settled our dinner at Seoul Garden. Had lots of beef.. no offence to any but, how nice if there's pork! I LOVE pork! Especially the fat ones, it carries most fragrance~ Hmmmm~~ just imagine your teeth sinking in and it melts right in your mouth on your tongue.. the texture, the taste... *drools*

It's the 1st night in 3 years 2 months for Caesar and I to turn in without each other's presence. I'm glad Sihui agreed to help me babysit him temporarily. I'll be at her place twice a day to walk Caesar though.

My boy's really intelligent, everyone who knows us well knows that Caesar's kinda sticky to me when I'm leaving a place, cos he doesn't wanna be left alone. This time, he just lay down there - he understood that he's not supposed to leave with me. I have absolutely NO idea how he knew it. Well it may sound insane, I did talk to him a lot about this since yesterday. He rested his head on my lap as I stoke his head, telling him that he'll just be going over for a short period of time, and that it's okay cos I will be there everyday.. told him to enjoy Ashley's company too!

Apparently Ash is a lil afraid of Caesar, she's really a lovable girl that everyone will adore.. very 'vocal' in expression too!

I going over to Sihui's tomorrow, and going to China Town! Not many people frequent there and I heard that there are LOTS of good food there! Gonna get my lashes permed too! Cos lash-curlers do not work well on my eyelashes.

P.S How I wish I can have a web cam session with Caesar now!

My conversation with Caesar

It's good to teach your doggie to respond to you in a way you can understand. I taught my boy a few important vocabularies that will help me understand him more, and to teach him to respond to his wants.

I takes a lot of time and effort to teach, and you have to do it everyday. I'll go into my suggestions about training this someday, but for now, I'll let you listen to a "conversation" between Caesar and I.

"mum-mum" is just a term for "food". Notice he doesn't respond to the question "You wanna go toilet?" at all. He hates the toilet. Dogs understands what you are saying, but you've got to teach them how to express it to you.

He got annoyed when I kept quiet throughout initially.. listen carefully!!

I love holidays..

I was watching DVDs yesterday and slept at 8am this morning. Life's good, I just woke up. The previous post was completed last night and scheduled to be posted today - love this feature.

Didn't get to really meet hubby this weekend and he's back in camp now.. I've been really occupied by Caesar lately. Cant go out! I'm seriously deprieved of good food cos my maid cooks inedibles. All seafood + veggie dishes!!!!! @#$% HATE HATE HATE HATE HATE seafood and veggies and I are just destined not to love each other. Stupid stoopid stoooopid stooooooopid!!!

There are good food everywhere, but I have no idea why I always have cravings for Ajisen Ramen. I used to have them everyday during one period of time. Hubby come back and feed me!

We used to have a plan, which is to go to ALL the eating places in orchard road. I guess we don't have much time for it now. May need to wait till ORD. =(

Can't wait for Wednesday to come!

What you DO NOT know about Wolves

Wolves are probably the most misunderstood of all animals, thanks to fables & fairytales like Three Little Pigs, Little Red Riding Hood etc.. and a number of movies of couse.

Wolves have been perceived as vicious, blood-thirsty, ruinous monsters by human, and kids are brought up labelling them as "the big BAD wolf". These stereotypes ingenerate human-fears towards these beautiful creatures.

Picture from http://www.scottianbarry.com/

The truth is, healthy wolves DO NOT attack human. They prey mainly on deer, moose (sick ones usually, cos they are no match for a normal healthy moose), caribou, elk, bison. No doubt they are ruinous to farmers' livestocks, cos it's just common sense living things will prefer the easy way out. Though irritating to farmers, they still do not deserve the false labellings given to them centuries ago.

A lone wolf is no match for many other animals but in a pack, wolves are one of the most efficient hunters in the animal kingdom. This is mainly due to their capability to live together cooperatively in a pack and communicate effectively with eath other. This allows them to hunt larger preys with minimal effort. Wolves can also sense each other, as well as their prey by their acute sense of smell from as far as 3km. I was amazed by how organised their hunting processes were when I came across a documentary on TV many years ago. They do not travel close together, but rather, will encircle the targetted prey slowly, and quietly. The alpha male of the pack will make the 1st attack and clamps its jaws on the prey's neck, followed by the rest of the pack attacking from all directions.

Wolves avoid pack fighting by 'observing the nature rules strictly'. One form of communication is through scent-marking. Wolves mark their territory with urine and faeces. When 'foreign' pack arrives at a place and smell this, they'll not intrude and will move away to another place to settle down and hunt.

Another interesting fact about wolves is their vocal expressions. Wolves do not howl at the moon but they do howl more frequently after dark because that's when they are most active. They howl to make their prescence more obvious to foreign packs when they sense intruders, they do bark at intruders within short distance to chase them away. Wolves also howl to gather pack members, or to get everyone excited for hunting. Sometimes, these vocal creatures howl for fun. Adults yelp/"squeak" to gather pups, and mothers whimper to calm down pups.

There's a nature reserve somewhere (I couldn't remember) where tourists frequent to 'communicate' with the wolves. The tourists will start howling as a group and wait for the resident pack of wolves to howl back! How interesting!

Do you know that it is unusual for the alpha male to have 2 mating partners?

Cos they usually stick to just 1! In a pack, only the alpha male and female are allowed to breed. When the pups are born, the males will be out to hunt for food. When they come back from hunt, the pups will lick the adults' muzzles, and the adults will regurgitate to feed them. If the hunt wans't successful and pups are licking their muzzles, the adults will often go out and try to hunt again. The other females of the pack will play their roles as 'aunties' to help the mother take care of her young.

Photo from http://www.thewe.cc/

It may sound really amusing, wolves LOVES to play! Adult wolves will stage mock fights, play chase, and leap on each other. Ambushing of unwary pack members is their all time favorite!!

I have came across a real life story where a pack of wolves decide to "adopt" 2 infant victims of a plane crash. The 2 girls never learnt how to walk like human but on fours instead. They were discoverd about a decade later and in the process of 'converting' them back to human, one of the girls died because she couldn't adapt well.

Ok it's time to draw a conclusion, wolves, if you know more about them, you'll love them! They aren't even close to our childhood perception of the "BIG BAD WOLF"!

P.S There's really a lot more I wanna type actually, but it'll bore most of you and tire me out. So I'll break them up into small detailed sections next time!!

Sunset + Flute

The clouds are nice.. but pardon me, wrong settings when this picture was taken. Damn, didn't realise till I reach home when I browsed the pictures!!!

I've always wanted to buy my own flute but am afraid that I do not have time to practice on it. Have tried Yamaha in the early years, followed by Azumi, Altus then Miyazawa flute. I don't really remember the brands of piccolos I've played but nevermind, that's not important now.

Back to topic, I fell in love with Miyazawa the moment I played the 1st note! Everyone loves it! The tone is just.. WOW. Combination of rich + subtle, I don't really know how to describe it in words. I was lucky enough to be the the 1st to use the newly arrived then. My juniors were asking me to pass it down to them when I step down cos it was the only Miyazawa in band!

Now the thing is, Miyazawa flute doesn't come cheap. The cheapest 1st-hand Miyazawa flute costs more than SGD$3k - I can buy another doggie with that! Altus flute falls between the same price range too. Azumi is about $2k (The only reason I like it is because the brand name sounds like 'Ayumi'), and Yamaha.. hahahaha, you know the price.

Let me show you the physical beauty of the Miyazawa I like. Please please please click on it, it's very, very very very very very very BEAUTIFUL!

Presenting Miyazawa Boston Series:

Picture taken from
http://www.miyazawa.com/flutes/models.asp#boston

She's really a beauty isn't she? But NO I'm not gonna get that. Cos it's about SGD$30k. I can buy a van with that!!!!

I may settle with a Yamaha flute until I can afford a cheaper Miyazawa after I've graduated.

Quick Update

Caesar's on "medical leave", which means he's not allowed to have long walks! So we are home all day. I wanna make sure this baby doesn't run around. He got excited and ran out of the room earlier today, I was brushing my teeth and have to chaaase and stop him! I've begin to see the effects of the supplement I gave him.. recovering fast! Not really comfortable with the idea of pain-killers cos Caesar will surely RUN about, playing his raw-hide balls if he doesn't feel the pain!

Hubby's at his friend's 21st birthday and I was telling him he's not allowed to go if there's any strippers! LOL. Well kidding of course, even if there is, it doesn't matter at all.. cos all that I'll have to do is to only break their wrists if they touch my hubby so it's really no big deal.

I can't wait for Wednesday!! Some of you know what I'm talking about..

Ads will be running on my blog for 2 weeks from now! Remember to check them out! And... "check them out" too of course. *giggles*

Our visit to the vet yesterday..

Other than the x-ray that's seventy over dollars and the consultation... plus the pain killer, the rest of the money spent isn't meant for the sprain, it's for Caesar's skin instead..

I didn't go to Dr Ly cos he's in the midst of surgery, and will only be out by 5.30pm - I couldn't wait cos I was so worried.

For his hot spot:

Antibiotics for his skin condition:

Pain-killers:

Here are some pictures taken at the vet, the battery of my camera was flat, so i took these pictures with a lousy 3.2 mega-pix camera phone.

Ice-cold water~~ Owner wasn't offered =(

It took 2 big men to move Caesar up onto the table and make him stay there.
Before X-ray... Poor Giant looks frightened here - he's muzzled.

Caesar's now on this high-potency supplement.
It's has a lot of good testimonials. About $80 for 90 tablets.
If only I knew it's a sprain, I'll give him this instead. As you can see, it's not very necessary to go there for sprian injuries cos they only prescribed pain-killers.

I've got a suggestion for most dog owners out there, in cases where ur doggie limps, bring him/her to a chinese physician (good one of course). If it's just a sprain, dogs will recover by themselves. Feed doggie supplements to aid recovery! Save you lots of money!

Turned out that.....

Caesar had sprained his leg badly. He's on 1 week "medical leave" now! Silly boy. The vet told me that he must have fallen down and have his legs split outwards, causing the injury.

Now that I recall, Caesar did take quite sometime to get out of our room to the living room earlier this morning. I was having my breakfast when he came out, limping on one leg. The accident must have happened along the hallway at the other end of the house.

I spent a lot this trip.. and I billed the medical fees to the wrong card!!!!!!!!!!!! I should have billed it to my TX card but I didn't bring it along and I do not have that much cash on hand. Billed it to my Signature card instead. Now I have to pray that they won't scold me too harshly.
*Btw, I pay my own bills and do not expect my parents to pay for me okay. Just that they are concern about the rate I'm spending.*

You know, to some 'older' people, dog = dog and nothing else, and there's no need to spend so much on them.

I can understand how my parents think when they feel that too much money is spent on Caesar. In a way, they DO make sense - dad always say "When I'm ill, I don't even go and see the doctor unless it's really serious. And each time you bring the dog there, it's a matter of a few hundred dollars."

But my say is, humans will know what's wrong with themselves most of the time and we can take our own medication. Dogs however, they can't express their degree of pain and it's really necessary for us owners to consult the professionals. I have a friend whose shih tzu ingested a satay stick and all he noticed was that his doggie became less active, and whines softly all the time. If he had hesitated for even a second to bring his doggie to the vet to have her OPENED up, he would have lost a best friend, forever.

Some people wouldn't see the need for animal lovers to spend thousands of dollars on their pets cos they thought that LOGICALLY, the amount spent on medical fees could have allowed them to buy a few more pets of the same breed.

Think about it, do you think we are spending these money on an ANIMAL/PET?

No. We are spending this amount of money for a friendship that is doubtlessly priceless. Logic? Ditch that idea.

P.S. It's worth it, unless you are one of those who would rather remarry when your spouse needs huge sum of medical fees to be able to survive? Or that you are those that'll calculate the difference of the cost of having to save your child and the cost of having another child?

P.P.S My silly baby's now resting in the room. At least I know what's wrong now, am a lot more relieved!

Sihui, Rubayn and I had initially planned to bring the kids to somewhere really fun but.. yea.. this happened.

Change of plans

I'll be bringing Caesar to the vet. Parents are rushing home now. For no reason, he's limping right after he woke up! I've suspected it's something got to do with the blood circulation but he's still limping after I've massaged him for 20 min!!

Plus the fact that's he's huge, it's really heartbreaking to see him having difficulties walking, esp with the one of the front paw.

He didn't whine as he walk though, but did 'scream' when I tried to straighten his left fore-leg. *sigh* Will do the allergy test and everything necessary altogether. My parents are still not home!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Quick Update

1st and most importantly, I've finally embarked on this "secret mission"... *pretending to be uninterested* Oh well, it's nothing actually.. I'm not telling you what until it's the right time. Mark these words. *evil grin*

But I'm happy I've finally gotten it going! Was too lazy previously..

I'll be moving to the west in August with Caesar + few friends and probably sharing the place with some tenants - so if you or any of your friends are looking for rooms to rent, let me know!

Parents have been hinting to have me give up on Caesar lately... ... ... Kinda vexed cos that's something that can never happen, NEVER. It's just like someone telling you that bedroom is not meant for sleep.. err not exactly a good analogy but you know what I mean?

I really love Caesar so much that only death can do us apart.. that is, when he leaves me in 10 years time? OR I leave him before he crosses the rainbow bridge? *touch wood* So the only way to rehome Caesar to somebody else is to have me killed 1st. I'm not kidding. I hope my hubby will keep his promise to take care of Caesar if, I said IF *touch wood again*, if I die young. And if dogs can see or sense ghosts, I'll visit and play with Caesar everyday!

I always remember that before I adopted Caesar, I went over to his place very often to play with him cos he's always alone, rain or shine, outdoors. When I pours during bedtime, the 1st thing that came to my mind was "Oh no Caesar's in the rain!" And I'll grab an umbrella and rush over to accompany him, I just stood outside, no matter how cold it was or how tired I was. We just stood there looking at each other, me patting him as he wagged his wet tail. Well at least it doesn't feel so bad when someone's in the rain with you, you know? Sometimes I felt so sorry for him I patted him and told him "This isn't a HOME, run away and find a better one, and don't come back."

And after I adopted him, after knowing I'm the 4th owner and witnessing him going through separation anxiety, I patted him again, this time hugging him, I looked into his eyes and told him, "This WILL be your last home and I WILL BE your last owner."

And I still will. Separating us is just too cruel. I'll rather die, I'm serious.

Caesar seems to sense what's going on (trust me, dogs KNOW it if you are giving him away). He looked like how he used to when his previous owner decided to give him away. I've been assuring him with the same words that I WILL BE his last owner, I hope that he understands. I'm not going to let Caesar go through what he has gone through all over again. It took me more than a year to convince him this is home, and this IS and WILL be his home. Never gonna change again..ever.

Give Caesar away for adoption? Over my dead body. Talk about adoption only when you see me motionless lying inside a coffin. Else than that, I'll hate you for even asking me to let you adopt Caesar.

I'm not sure how did this entry start off happily and end this way. Emotions just set in when thoughts appear as I type.

"Ken Lee" by Mariah Carey

It's actually "Without You" by Mariah Carey. And this 'singer' meant 'can't live' when saying 'Ken Lee'.

Note: She's singing in English!!!!!!!!
