If you ask me, I'll say this is obviously fake. What you see in the video is real, but what you are hearing isn't.
I've just deleted my reasons for my conclusion. You guys shall share with the rest!
P.S Donation, external resources, fat man with sunglasses, org mentioned, there's a lot in the video itself!!
But damn, I'm actually kinda angry they did all that to the kittens just to take this video.

Surely sick people will be up to lots of sick stuff but we are actually here to make judgements on different sources on the internet.
http://www.snopes.com/critters/crusader/sharkbait.asp is talking about true events. Trick is to check their credits to sources. They mentioned an article on National Geographic News (reliable organization). I googled and found this:
